目的：分析老年急性出血坏死性肠炎的误诊情况，以提高临床工作中对老年急性出血坏死性肠炎的认识，为本病的诊治提供依据。方法：收治急性出血坏死性肠炎误诊患者6例，分析其临床资料。结果：患者被误诊为菌痢2例，肠梗阻1例，阑尾炎3例。结论：急性出血坏死性肠炎由于缺乏特异性临床症状，误诊率极高。临床上遇到以腹痛合并早期即出现腹膜刺激征为首发症状的老年患者应想到急性出血坏死性肠炎的可能，以减少误诊，降低病死率。

목적：분석노년급성출혈배사성장염적오진정황，이제고림상공작중대노년급성출혈배사성장염적인식，위본병적진치제공의거。방법：수치급성출혈배사성장염오진환자6례，분석기림상자료。결과：환자피오진위균리2례，장경조1례，란미염3례。결론：급성출혈배사성장염유우결핍특이성림상증상，오진솔겁고。림상상우도이복통합병조기즉출현복막자격정위수발증상적노년환자응상도급성출혈배사성장염적가능，이감소오진，강저병사솔。
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis of senile acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis,in order to improve the understanding of clinical work in elderly patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis,and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:6 patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis misdiagnosed were selected.We analyzed their clinical data.Results:The patients were misdiagnosed as bacillary dysentery of 2 cases,1 case of intestinal obstruction,3 cases of appendicitis.Conclusion:Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms,misdiagnosis rate of acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis was high.Clinically,the first symptoms of elderly patients were abdominal pain with early signs of peritoneal irritation.We should consider the possibility of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis,to reduce the misdiagnosis and the mortality rate.
