心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)指各种疾病导致心脏受损终末阶段的一组复杂临床病症群，死亡率十分高，5年存活率和恶性肿瘤差不多，是新时代最为严重的心血管疾病之一。据统计，人群之中心衰的发病率大约为1.5%～2.0%，在之前的40多年里，心衰导致的死亡率提高了6倍。中医对心衰的认识已有上千年的时间，同时在西医的作用之下，中医对治疗心衰有了全新的认识与发展。本文结合心力衰竭的中医药治疗历史及当前的研究现状进行总结。

Heart failure refers to a complex set of clinical symptom group of the end stage of various heart damage.The risk of death is very high,and the 5 years survival probability is similar to the malignant tumors.It is one of the most serious cardiovascular disease in new era.According to the statistics,the incidence rate of heart failure in the population is about 1.5%~2%.In the past 40 years,the mortality rate caused by heart failure increased 6 times.TCM had understanded the heart failure thousands of years,under the effect of western medicine,the Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure has a new understanding and development.In this paper,we retrospectively analyzed the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure and summarized the current status of research.
