Fo Shou Ping Wei pill%Preparation%The combination of Chinese and western%Chronic gastritis
目的：通过自制佛手平胃丸的制剂研究来观察其治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法：2008年3月-2013年12月收治慢性胃炎患者180例，随机分为治疗组100例和对照组80例。治疗组采用佛手平胃丸、奥美拉唑、果胶铋及阿莫西林治疗，对照组采用奥美拉唑、果胶铋及阿莫西林治疗，比较两组治疗结果。结果：治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组。结论：佛手平胃丸结合西药治疗慢性胃炎效果显著。

목적：통과자제불수평위환적제제연구래관찰기치료만성위염적림상효과。방법：2008년3월-2013년12월수치만성위염환자180례，수궤분위치료조100례화대조조80례。치료조채용불수평위환、오미랍서、과효필급아막서림치료，대조조채용오미랍서、과효필급아막서림치료，비교량조치료결과。결과：치료조적치료효과우우대조조。결론：불수평위환결합서약치료만성위염효과현저。
Objective:Through the preparation of self made Fo Shou Ping Wei pill,to observe its clinical effect in treating chronic gastritis.Methods:180 patients with chronic gastritis were selected from March 2008 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group of 100 cases and the control group of 80 cases.The treatment group were treated with Fo Shou Ping Wei pill,omeprazole,bismuth pectin and amoxicillin.The control group were treated with omeprazole,bismuth pectin and amoxicillin.We compared the results of treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Fo Shou Ping Wei pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis was obvious.
