目的：探讨头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿的疗效。方法：2013年4月-2014年7月收治老年肺气肿感染患者144例，随机分成F组和D组，各72例，分别在常规治疗上给予头孢呋辛钠联合痰热清治疗和单纯痰热清治疗。结果：F组总有效率93.06%明显高于D组的73.61%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；F组症状、血象指标、体温恢复时间及住院时间均短于D组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿具有疗效好、缩短住院时间等优点，又不会加重不良反应，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토두포부신납치료노년폐기종적료효。방법：2013년4월-2014년7월수치노년폐기종감염환자144례，수궤분성F조화D조，각72례，분별재상규치료상급여두포부신납연합담열청치료화단순담열청치료。결과：F조총유효솔93.06%명현고우D조적73.61%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；F조증상、혈상지표、체온회복시간급주원시간균단우D조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：두포부신납치료노년폐기종구유료효호、축단주원시간등우점，우불회가중불량반응，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cefuroxime sodium in treatment of senile emphysema.Methods: 144 patients with Senile emphysema infected were selected from April 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the F group and the D group with 72 cases in each.They were given the cefuroxime sodium combined with Tan Re Qing treatment and simple Tan Re Qing treatment respectively on basis of the conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency of the F group 93.06% was significantly higher than that of the D group 73.61% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptoms, hemogram,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the F group were shorter than those of the D group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions incidence of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of senile emphysema has the advantages of good curative effect,shorten the hospitalization time,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of wide clinical application.
