目的：分析腰椎间盘源性疼痛应用局部封闭治疗的临床效果。方法：2013年4月-2014年4月收治腰椎间盘源性疼痛患者98例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各49例，对照组应用常规药物治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用局部封闭治疗，分析两组患者治疗后功能障碍指数及疼痛程度改善情况。结果：研究组治疗后ODI评分(30.41±5.35)分明显低于对照组(36.43±6.46)分，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异均具统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：腰椎间盘源性疼痛应用局部封闭治疗的临床效果显著，有效缓解患者腰部疼痛，有利于功能障碍恢复，具有临床实际应用价值。
목적：분석요추간반원성동통응용국부봉폐치료적림상효과。방법：2013년4월-2014년4월수치요추간반원성동통환자98례，안조수궤수자표법분위량조，각49례，대조조응용상규약물치료，연구조재대조조기출상응용국부봉폐치료，분석량조환자치료후공능장애지수급동통정도개선정황。결과：연구조치료후ODI평분(30.41±5.35)분명현저우대조조(36.43±6.46)분，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；연구조치료후VAS평분명현저우대조조，차이균구통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：요추간반원성동통응용국부봉폐치료적림상효과현저，유효완해환자요부동통，유리우공능장애회복，구유림상실제응용개치。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of using local closed treatment in lumbar discogenic pain.Methods:98 patients with lumbar discogenic pain were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were divided into two groups with 49 cases in each according to the random number table method.The control group used routine drug treatment,and the study group used local closed treatment on the basis of the control group.The improvements of dysfunction index and pain degree of patients in two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The posttreatment ODI score of the study group was (30.41±5.35)scores,which was significantly lower than (36.43 ± 6.46)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The posttreatment VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using local closed treatment in lumbar discogenic pain has a significant clinical effect.It can effectively relieve lumbar pain of patients.It is conducive to the dysfunction recovery,and it has the clinical practical application value.
