目的：探讨针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用单纯骨盆牵引治疗，治疗组采用骨盆牵引联合针灸推拿治疗，两组患者出院后进行疗效评定。结果：两组患者临床症状均改善，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

목적：탐토침구추나치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：장요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조채용단순골분견인치료，치료조채용골분견인연합침구추나치료，량조환자출원후진행료효평정。결과：량조환자림상증상균개선，치료조료효우우대조조。결론：침구추나치료요추간반돌출증료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and massage treatment in lumbar disc herniation. Methods:The patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given merely pelvic traction treatment,while the treatment group was given pelvic traction combined with acupuncture and massage treatment.The curative effects of patients in two groups were evaluated after discharge.Results:Two groups could improve clinical symptoms,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture and massage treatment on lumbar disc herniation is significant.
