目的：观察闭合手法复位治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法：2013年8月-2014年8月收治肱骨髁上骨折患儿60例，按照随机抽样分成两组，对照组45例，观察组15例；对照组给予切开复位治疗，观察组给予闭合手法复位治疗，分析两组患儿骨愈合时间和临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组骨愈合时间2～4周86.67%，多于对照组73.33%(P＜0.05)；观察组临床疗效中优12例(80.0%)，明显多于对照组44.44%(P＜0.05)。结论：闭合手法复位治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折，能够缩短骨愈合时间，创伤小，安全性高，临床疗效显著，具有推广价值。

목적：관찰폐합수법복위치료인동굉골과상골절적림상효과。방법：2013년8월-2014년8월수치굉골과상골절환인60례，안조수궤추양분성량조，대조조45례，관찰조15례；대조조급여절개복위치료，관찰조급여폐합수법복위치료，분석량조환인골유합시간화림상료효。결과：치료후관찰조골유합시간2～4주86.67%，다우대조조73.33%(P＜0.05)；관찰조림상료효중우12례(80.0%)，명현다우대조조44.44%(P＜0.05)。결론：폐합수법복위치료인동굉골과상골절，능구축단골유합시간，창상소，안전성고，림상료효현저，구유추엄개치。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of closed manipulative reduction in the treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods:60 children with humeral supracondylar fracture were selected from August 2013 to August 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group,15 cases in the observation group.The control group was given open reduction treatment,and the observation group was given closed manipulative reduction treatment.The bone healing times and clinical effects of children in two groups were analyzed.Results:The number of bone healing time 2~4 weeks in the observation group after treatment was 86.67%,which was more than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical effect of the observation group,12 cases(80.0%) were excellent,which was significantly more than 44.44% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The closed manipulative reduction in the treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture can shorten the bone healing time.It has small trauma,high safety and significant clinical curative effect.It has the medical value of popularization.
