目的：讨论低温等离子射频消融技术行扁桃体腺样体切除手术的临床疗效。方法：2011年1月-2012年3月收治扁桃体腺样体切除患者300例，平均分为观察组与对照组。分别给予传统手术治疗及低温等离子射频消融技术治疗，对比临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：低温等离子射频消融技术治疗行扁桃体腺样体切除具有治愈率高、手术简单、出血量少的特点，值得临床治疗中推广应用。

목적：토론저온등리자사빈소융기술행편도체선양체절제수술적림상료효。방법：2011년1월-2012년3월수치편도체선양체절제환자300례，평균분위관찰조여대조조。분별급여전통수술치료급저온등리자사빈소융기술치료，대비림상료효。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：저온등리자사빈소융기술치료행편도체선양체절제구유치유솔고、수술간단、출혈량소적특점，치득림상치료중추엄응용。
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique for adenotonsillectomy operation.Methods:300 patients with adenotonsillectomy were selected from January 2011 to March 2012. They were divided into the observation group and the control group.They were given traditional operation treatment and low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique treatment.The clinical curative effects were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique treatment for adenotonsillectomy operation has the characteristics of high cure rate,simple operation,less bleeding.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
