目的：通过调查分析2011-2013年输血病历并对输血不良反应进行总结，了解其特性，为输血工作提供参考依据，以减少输血不良反应的发生。方法：回顾性分析2011-2013年输血病历并查阅输血不良反应回报单，对输血不良反应的类型及血液制品种类进行统计分析。结果：2011-2013年2729例输血病历中不良反应发生率1.69%，近3年输血不良反应回报率有递增趋势。输血不良反应以过敏反应为主(73.9%)，而过敏反应中以单纯荨麻疹居多，重度较少。结论：对于输血患者我们应做好输血风险告知义务及评估工作，输血过程中严密监测，特别是对有输血过敏史等的人群应更加重视。提倡自身输血及成分输血，祛除白细胞的血液制品也能降低输血不良反应的发生。输血有风险，尽可能少输血或不输血。

목적：통과조사분석2011-2013년수혈병력병대수혈불량반응진행총결，료해기특성，위수혈공작제공삼고의거，이감소수혈불량반응적발생。방법：회고성분석2011-2013년수혈병력병사열수혈불량반응회보단，대수혈불량반응적류형급혈액제품충류진행통계분석。결과：2011-2013년2729례수혈병력중불량반응발생솔1.69%，근3년수혈불량반응회보솔유체증추세。수혈불량반응이과민반응위주(73.9%)，이과민반응중이단순담마진거다，중도교소。결론：대우수혈환자아문응주호수혈풍험고지의무급평고공작，수혈과정중엄밀감측，특별시대유수혈과민사등적인군응경가중시。제창자신수혈급성분수혈，거제백세포적혈액제품야능강저수혈불량반응적발생。수혈유풍험，진가능소수혈혹불수혈。
Objective:Through the investigation and analysis of transfusion medical records from 2011 to 2013 and the summary of transfusion adverse reactions,to understand its characteristics to provide reference basis for transfusion work,to reduce the incidence of transfusion adverse reactions.Methods:The transfusion medical records from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and the transfusion adverse reaction report forms were consulted.The types of transfusion adverse reactions and the kinds of blood products were statistically analyzed.Results:In the 2 729 cases of transfusion medical records from 2011 to 2013, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 1.69%.The report rate of adverse reaction had an increasing trend nearly 3 years.The allergic reactions(73.9%) were mainly in the transfusion adverse reactions;the pure urticaria was mainly in the allergic reactions;severe was less.Conclusion:We should do well in the transfusion risk disclosure obligation and assessment work for transfusion patients,closely monitor in the transfusion process,especially should pay more attention to the people with transfusion history or allergy history.We advocate self transfusion and component transfusion.The blood products with removing white blood cells can also reduce the incidence of transfusion adverse reaction.There is the risk of transfusion,transfusion may be as little as possible without transfusion.
