目的：探讨仙芪饮对化疗所致血小板减少的疗效。方法：2013年4月-2014年4月收治采用化疗治疗后出现血小板减少患者72例，按数字表法分为两组，各36例，所有患者均给予地榆升白片进行治疗，观察组在此基础上给予仙芪饮进行治疗。结果：对两组患者治疗疗效比较，观察组显效率38.89%，有效率44.44%，进步率11.11%，无效率5.56%，总有效率83.33%，治疗疗效明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：化疗所致血小板减少采用仙芪饮进行治疗，疗效显著，且无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토선기음대화료소치혈소판감소적료효。방법：2013년4월-2014년4월수치채용화료치료후출현혈소판감소환자72례，안수자표법분위량조，각36례，소유환자균급여지유승백편진행치료，관찰조재차기출상급여선기음진행치료。결과：대량조환자치료료효비교，관찰조현효솔38.89%，유효솔44.44%，진보솔11.11%，무효솔5.56%，총유효솔83.33%，치료료효명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：화료소치혈소판감소채용선기음진행치료，료효현저，차무불량반응，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xian Qi drink in the treatment of thrombocytosis reduction caused by chemotherapy.Methods: 72 patients with thrombocytosis reduction after the treatment of chemotherapy were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were divided into two groups with 36 cases in each according to the number table method.All patients were treated with Di Yu Sheng Bai tablet for the treatment,and the observation group were treated with Xian Qi decoction on the basis of the above treatment.Results:We compared the treatment effect of the two groups,in the observation group,excellent in 38.89% ,effective in 44.44% ,progress in 11.11% ,invalid in 5.56% ,the total efficiency was 83.33% .The curative effect was obviously superior to the control group,and the difference was significant and had statistics significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Xian Qi drink in the treatment of platelet reduced induced by chemotherapy.The curative effect is obviously,and no adverse reactions.So it is worthy of clinical application.
