目的：观察手术治疗与保守治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效，探讨手术治疗胃溃疡的临床价值及优越性。方法：2010年6月-2012年1月收治胃溃疡患者142例，观察手术治疗(手术组71例)与保守治疗(保守组71例)胃溃疡的临床效果、并发症及复发率情况。结果：手术组总有效率97.18%，明显高于保守组63.38%(P＜0.05)。从两组患者的并发症发生情况来看，手术组优于保守组，经比较P＜0.05。从两组患者治疗后的复发率情况来看，在治疗0.5～1年期间，保守组的复发率高于手术组(P＜0.05)。结论：对于胃溃疡患者实施手术治疗效果明显，且并无明显的术后不良症状以及指征，从复发率情况上来看，也具有积极意义，所以可以在临床中加以应用和推广。

목적：관찰수술치료여보수치료위궤양적림상료효，탐토수술치료위궤양적림상개치급우월성。방법：2010년6월-2012년1월수치위궤양환자142례，관찰수술치료(수술조71례)여보수치료(보수조71례)위궤양적림상효과、병발증급복발솔정황。결과：수술조총유효솔97.18%，명현고우보수조63.38%(P＜0.05)。종량조환자적병발증발생정황래간，수술조우우보수조，경비교P＜0.05。종량조환자치료후적복발솔정황래간，재치료0.5～1년기간，보수조적복발솔고우수술조(P＜0.05)。결론：대우위궤양환자실시수술치료효과명현，차병무명현적술후불량증상이급지정，종복발솔정황상래간，야구유적겁의의，소이가이재림상중가이응용화추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the surgery and conservative treatment of gastric ulcer,to discuss the clinical value and superiority of the surgical treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:142 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from June 2010 to January 2012.We observed surgery(71 cases in the surgery group)and conservative treatment(71 cases in the conservative group)of gastric ulcer clinical effects,complications,and recurrence rate situation.Results:The total efficiency of the surgery group was 97.18%,significantly higher than the conservative group 63.38%(P<0.05).Complications from two groups of patients,the surgery group was better than the conservative group,P<0.05.Two groups of patients from relapse rate after treatment, during treatment for six months to one year,the recurrence rate of the conservative group was higher than the surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the experimental research and analysis,for patients with gastric ulcer,surgery treatment effect is obvious,and there is no obvious adverse symptoms and indications for surgery.Judging from the recurrence rate,it has a positive meaning,and it can be applied in clinical practice and promotion.
