目的：对社区高血压患者用药现状进行调查并为高血压药物治疗寻找临床依据。方法：对本社区102例高血压患者用药方案及其他情况以问卷调查方式进行调查研究。结果：服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)类药物人数最多，主要以贝那普利为主。钙拮抗剂(CA)药物中苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片服用率位于第2位。其次为β受体阻滞剂(β-RB)药物中琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与富马酸比索洛尔片，服用率在第3、4位。联合用药频率显著高于单一用药。联合用药比较中，二联用药频率最高，其次为三联及四联用药。结论：本社区高血压患者的降压药主要以β受体抑制剂、钙拮抗剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂为主。本社区所有接受问卷调查的高血压患者治疗依从性及血压控制情况较好，患者生活质量较高。

목적：대사구고혈압환자용약현상진행조사병위고혈압약물치료심조림상의거。방법：대본사구102례고혈압환자용약방안급기타정황이문권조사방식진행조사연구。결과：복용혈관긴장소전환매억제제(ACEI)류약물인수최다，주요이패나보리위주。개길항제(CA)약물중분광산좌선안록지평편복용솔위우제2위。기차위β수체조체제(β-RB)약물중호박산미탁락이완석편여부마산비색락이편，복용솔재제3、4위。연합용약빈솔현저고우단일용약。연합용약비교중，이련용약빈솔최고，기차위삼련급사련용약。결론：본사구고혈압환자적강압약주요이β수체억제제、개길항제급혈관긴장소전환매억제제위주。본사구소유접수문권조사적고혈압환자치료의종성급혈압공제정황교호，환자생활질량교고。
Objective:To investigate the drug application current situation of patients with hypertension in community,and to search clinical evidence for hypertension drug treatment.Methods:The drug programs and other conditions of 102 patients with hypertension in community were investigated by the way of questionnaire investigation.Results:The number of taking ACEI drug was the largest,mainly dominated by benazepril.The taking rate of levamlodipine besylate tablets in CA drug was the second. Followed by the metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and bisoprolol fumarate tablets in β-RB drug,their taking rates were the third and the fourth.Combined medication frequency was significantly higher than that of single drug.In the comparison of the combined medication,the bigeminy medication frequency was the highest,followed by the triple and quadruple medication. Conclusion:The hypotensive drugs of patients with hypertension in this community mainly beta receptor inhibitor, calcium antagonists and angiotensin.In the hypertension patients with accepting the questionnaire survey of this community,their treatment adherences and blood pressure control situations are better.The life quality of patients is higher.
