目的：观察猫爪草皂苷（ RRTS）对人高转移肝癌细胞株HCCLM3、MHCC97-H增殖的影响。方法将对数生长期HCCLM3、MHCC97-H细胞分为两组。 RRTS组分别采用50、100、200、400μg／mL浓度的RRTS干预，每浓度5个复孔；5-FU组采用50μg／mL的5-FU干预，作用后72 h采用MTT法测定两组细胞增殖情况，倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态变化。结果 RRTS组各浓度对HCCLM3、MHCC97-H肿瘤细胞株的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用，随RRTS浓度增加，抑制作用明显增强，呈量—效依赖关系（ P均＜0．05）；400μg／mL 对两种细胞的生长抑制率与5-FU组比较差异无统计学意义。倒置显微镜下观察，两种细胞株经RRTS处理后，细胞密度降低，细胞相互分离，贴壁脱落，出现片状无细胞生长区，并见细胞碎片，细胞变圆，体积减小，核固缩，核颜色加深，折光性增强，随着RRTS剂量增加，这种变化更加明显。400μg／mL浓度的RRTS对肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用与5-FU组相似。结论RRTS对HCCLM3、MHCC97-H细胞生长均有抑制作用。
목적：관찰묘조초조감（ RRTS）대인고전이간암세포주HCCLM3、MHCC97-H증식적영향。방법장대수생장기HCCLM3、MHCC97-H세포분위량조。 RRTS조분별채용50、100、200、400μg／mL농도적RRTS간예，매농도5개복공；5-FU조채용50μg／mL적5-FU간예，작용후72 h채용MTT법측정량조세포증식정황，도치현미경하관찰세포형태변화。결과 RRTS조각농도대HCCLM3、MHCC97-H종류세포주적생장균유불동정도적억제작용，수RRTS농도증가，억제작용명현증강，정량—효의뢰관계（ P균＜0．05）；400μg／mL 대량충세포적생장억제솔여5-FU조비교차이무통계학의의。도치현미경하관찰，량충세포주경RRTS처리후，세포밀도강저，세포상호분리，첩벽탈락，출현편상무세포생장구，병견세포쇄편，세포변원，체적감소，핵고축，핵안색가심，절광성증강，수착RRTS제량증가，저충변화경가명현。400μg／mL농도적RRTS대종류세포적생장억제작용여5-FU조상사。결론RRTS대HCCLM3、MHCC97-H세포생장균유억제작용。
Objective To study the effect of the saponins on the HCCLM 3 and MHCC97-H proliferation of liver canc-er metastatic cells .Methods HCCLM3 and MHCC97-H of high metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines were used as the study object to detect the impact of concentrations of the saponins on the growth of liver cancer cells by MTT and a phase-contrast microscope was used to observe the impact of the saponins on hepatoma cell morphology .Results The cell survival rate of the saponins treatment group reduced compared with that of the control group .This effect becomes more ob-vious with the increasing concentration of the drug .The cell density reduced after the treatment of the saponins through the observation under the Phase-contrast microscope .Conclusion The saponins has an inhabitation effect on the growth of HCCLM3 cells and MHCC97-H cells.
