目的：对不同急诊手段治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床效果进行研究和分析。方法2011＿2013年间该院共收治80例阵发性室上性心动过速患者,随机分组,将其分为4组,各20例,编号为A﹑B﹑C﹑D,分别给予普罗帕酮﹑胺碘酮﹑心律平﹑异搏定进行治疗,对4组的不良反应﹑复律率以及复律时间的情况进行分析比较。结果4组患者的复律成功率均较高,按顺序分别为：90.0%,95.0%,90.0%,85.0%。不良反应率均较低,分别为0%,5%,5%和5%。组间比较差异无统计学意义﹙P>0.05﹚。结论需按照患者的具体疾病情况以及自身状况筛选急诊时所需治疗药物。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of different emergency treatments on patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods A total of 80 cases with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia admitted in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were randomly divided into 4 groups, group A, group B, group C and group D, with 20 cases in each, treating by propafenone, amiodarone, propafenone, verapamil, respectively. And the adverse reactions, cardioversion rate and cardioversion time were analyzed and compared between the 4 groups. Results The cardioversion rate of all the 4 groups was high, according to the order, it was 90.0%, 95.0%, 90.0%, 85.0%, respectively, and the incidence of adverse reactions was low, it was 0%, 5%, 5%, 5%, respectively with no statistical difference between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The drugs needed in the emergency treat_ment should be chosen according to the specific status of the disease and patient's own conditions.
