目的：研究腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法选取2009年9月-2013年11月该院接收的患有手部皮肤软组织缺损的病人60例，随机分为两组，每组30例。治疗组采取腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植手术，对照组采取传统带蒂腹部皮瓣转移修复术，比较两组临床效果。结果治疗组手部功能、感觉功能优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）﹔治疗组各项微循环指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05）。结论腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损，可使患者手部功能及感觉功能显著改善，病程较短，无需二次手术，病人痛苦少，费用低，供区创伤小，值得推广应用。
목적：연구비동맥천지피판유리이식수복수부피부연조직결손적림상효과。방법선취2009년9월-2013년11월해원접수적환유수부피부연조직결손적병인60례，수궤분위량조，매조30례。치료조채취비동맥천지피판유리이식수술，대조조채취전통대체복부피판전이수복술，비교량조림상효과。결과치료조수부공능、감각공능우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05）﹔치료조각항미순배지표개선정황우우대조조(P<0.05）。결론비동맥천지피판유리이식수복수부피부연조직결손，가사환자수부공능급감각공능현저개선，병정교단，무수이차수술，병인통고소，비용저，공구창상소，치득추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical effects of peroneal artery perforator flap free graft on repairing soft tissue defects of hand skin. Methods 60 cases with hand skin soft tissue defects admitted in our hospital from September 2009 to November 2013 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with peroneal artery perforator flap free graft surgery, and the control group was treated with the traditional abdominal pedicle flap repair surgery. And the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The hand function and sensory function of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of microcircula-tion indicators of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Peroneal artery perforator flap free graft for repairing the hand skin soft tissue defects, can improve the hand function and sensory function significantly, and the course of disease is shorter, the patient does not need the second surgery with less pain and cost and donor site wound, so it is worthy of application and popularization.
