目的:探讨和研究不同修复手术在患者前牙缺失修复中的方法和效果。方法将该院收治的上颌前牙缺失患者159例,按照随机的原则分为A、B、C 3组,A组采用骨增量技术进行牙种植修复,B组患者采用隐形义齿,C组患者则运用烤瓷冠桥技术进行修复,手术以后第6个月复检,记录和观察患者的愈合状况。结果在牙缺失修复6个月以后,A组患者的种植体和周围骨组织的愈合率为92.5%(49/53),明显高于B组患者(58.5%,31/53)和C组患者(60.4%,32/53),其愈合优良率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.482,5.609﹔P<0.05)。结论对于上颌前牙缺失患者,运用骨增量技术进行种植修复,有着良好的修复效果,并且在修复后的骨组织与种植体之间,能够有较好的覆盖,大大提高了修复的成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the different repair methods for patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss and the clinical effects of them. Methods 159 cases with maxillary anterior teeth loss admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into group A, group B, and group C. Group A used bone augmentation technique for dental implantation, group B used flexible denture and group C used porcelain crown and bridge technology for restoration. 6 months after the operation, the patients were re-examined, and the healing status of the patients was observed and recorded. Results 6 months after the repair of maxillary anterior teeth loss, the healing rate of implant and the surrounding bone tissue of group A was 92.5%(49/53), much higher than that of group B (58.5%, 31/53) and group C (60.4%, 32/53), there were statistically significant differences in the excellent and good healing rate between the groups (χ2=5.482, 5.609;P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss, bone augmentation technique has good repair effects, it can cover the space between the repaired bone tissue and the implant better, and greatly improve the success rate of repairing, so it is worth the clinical promotion.
