目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法采用对比法对该院2012年3月-2014年2月收治的70例急性左心衰的患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,进行强心,利尿,扩血管等治疗﹔治疗组在强心,利尿,扩血管基础上予以无创呼吸机(BiPAP)治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果应用无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰具有显著的优越性,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组临床对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토무창호흡궤치료급성좌심쇠적림상효과。방법채용대비법대해원2012년3월-2014년2월수치적70례급성좌심쇠적환자,수궤분성대조조화치료조각35례,대조조급여상규약물치료,진행강심,이뇨,확혈관등치료﹔치료조재강심,이뇨,확혈관기출상여이무창호흡궤(BiPAP)치료,대비량조림상치료효과。결과응용무창호흡궤치료급성좌심쇠구유현저적우월성,치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조,량조림상대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론무창호흡궤치료급성좌심쇠료효학절,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods 70 cases with acute left heart failure admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 35 cases in each by the contrast method. The control group received the con-ventional drug therapy, and cardiotonic, diuretic, vasorelant and other treatment, and the treatment group received non-invasive ventilator (BiPAP) treatment based on the cardiotonic, diuretic, vasorelant and other treatment. And the clinical effects were com-pared between the two groups. Results Using non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure has significant ad-vantages. The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups by clinical comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator has definite effi-cacy in the treatment of acute left heart failure, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
