目的:探讨不同离心时间及标本放置时间对凝血四项检测结果的影响。方法收集住院患者合格标本50例,按不同离心条件及放置时间进行活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)检测。结果标本以3000 r/min离心5 min APTT、PT缩短,与离心10 min作对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TT、Fib差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)﹔标本离心8 min四项凝血指标与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。标本室温放置2 h各项检测结果与即刻测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)﹔室温放置4 h、6 h APTT、PT测定结果与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TT、Fib差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标本3000 r/min离心8 min即可进行凝血筛选检测﹔标本放置时间对APTT、PT检测结果影响较大,标本室温放置时间不宜超过2h。

Objective To explore the effects of different centrifugal time and placing time of specimens on the results of 4 coagula-tion tests. Methods 50 qualified specimens of the hospitalized patients were collected, and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen(Fib) were measured according to the different centrifugal conditions and placing time. Results The APTT and PT of the specimens centrifuged at 3000r/min for 5 min were shorter than those of the specimens centrifuged at the same speed for 10 min, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), but the differences in TT and Fib were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Comparing the 4 coagulation indexes of the specimens centrifuged for 8 min with those of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Comparing the test results of the specimens placed for 2 h at the room temperature with those of the specimens tested immediately, there was no statistically significant differ-ence(P>0.05); Comparing the test results of the specimens placed for 4 h, 6 h at the room temperature with those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), but the differences in TT and Fib were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Coagulation screening tests can be performed after the specimens are centrifuged at 3000r/min for 8 min. As the placing time can affect the test results of APTT and PT significantly, the specimens should not be placed at the room temperature more than two hours.
