目的：研究双镜联合技术在结肠肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2007年1月-2013年2月间收治的156例结肠肿瘤患者,其中84例行双镜联合手术,72例行传统开腹手术。统计分析两组患者的术中和术后情况。结果双镜联合组患者在术中出血量﹑住院时间及术后并发症方面明显优于传统手术组(P<0.05),但在手术时间及肠瘘﹑术后出血等术后并发症方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双镜联合技术治疗结肠肿瘤是安全有效的,值得在临床上推广和应用。
목적：연구쌍경연합기술재결장종류절제술중적응용개치。방법회고성분석해원2007년1월-2013년2월간수치적156례결장종류환자,기중84례행쌍경연합수술,72례행전통개복수술。통계분석량조환자적술중화술후정황。결과쌍경연합조환자재술중출혈량﹑주원시간급술후병발증방면명현우우전통수술조(P<0.05),단재수술시간급장루﹑술후출혈등술후병발증방면량조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론쌍경연합기술치료결장종류시안전유효적,치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective To study the application value of combined laparoscopic-endoscopic resection in colon tumor. Methods 156 cases with colon tumor admitted in our hospital from January 2007 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, of them, 84 cases underwent combined laparoscopic-endoscopic resection surgery and 72 cases underwent traditional laparotomy. And the in-traoperative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The intraoperative blood loss, hospi-tal stay and postoperative complications of the combined laparoscopic-endoscopic resection group were significantly better than those of the traditional laparotomy group (P<0.05), while the differences in operational time and intestinal fistula, postoperative bleeding and other postoperative complications between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Com-bined laparoscopic-endoscopic resection is safe and effective in treating colon tumor, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
