MSCs是具多向分化与自我复制能力的干细胞,能够分化成为多种类型的组织细胞。相比于骨髓间充质干细胞与脂肪间充质干细胞,MSCs成本较低、来源充足、对捐献者不构成病毒或细菌感染,在未来的临床应用中展现了较好的发展与应用潜力。该文对骨组织工程中脐带间充质干细胞的应用进展进行分析。
