目的：探讨功能性电刺激(PES)治疗急性脑梗塞偏瘫患者的疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗塞偏瘫患者分为观察组和对照组各30例；对照组采用康复训练+常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用PES治疗。采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)和改良Barthel指数评定。结果两组患者治疗后，运动功能评分均有提高，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PES联合康复训练能显著改善脑梗塞患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力。

목적：탐토공능성전자격(PES)치료급성뇌경새편탄환자적료효。방법장60례급성뇌경새편탄환자분위관찰조화대조조각30례；대조조채용강복훈련+상규약물치료，관찰조재대조조기출상가용PES치료。채용간식Fugl-Meyer운동공능(FMA)화개량Barthel지수평정。결과량조환자치료후，운동공능평분균유제고，관찰조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론PES연합강복훈련능현저개선뇌경새환자적운동공능급일상생활활동능력。
Objective To observe the effects of functional electrical stimulation (PES) therapy in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia. Methods 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation training and routine medication treatment, the observation group received PES therapy on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. The motor function of the patients was evaluated by shortened Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI). Results After treatment, the motor function scores of the two groups improved, but the observation group was obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion PES combined with rehabilitation training can improve the motor function and ability of activities of daily living of patients with cerebral infarction.
