目的:探讨分析16层螺旋CT多平面重组(MPR)﹑容积重建(VR)在跟骨骨折中的诊断价值。方法将该院2011-2014年期间,经16层螺旋CT薄层扫描并进行MPR﹑VR图像后处理的37例(63足)跟骨骨折病例,结合X线照片,对其影像学资料,进行回顾性分析,比较两者的诊断准确率。结果37例(63足)跟骨骨折中,16层螺旋CT MPR及VR全部显示,X线漏诊1例。结论16层螺旋CT MPR及VR图像在诊断跟骨骨折方面具有独特的优势,能全面﹑直观和立体地显示跟骨骨折,弥补了X线照片不足,提高跟骨骨折病变的诊断准确率和制定手术方案的设计提供准确的空间立体定位依据。

목적:탐토분석16층라선CT다평면중조(MPR)﹑용적중건(VR)재근골골절중적진단개치。방법장해원2011-2014년기간,경16층라선CT박층소묘병진행MPR﹑VR도상후처리적37례(63족)근골골절병례,결합X선조편,대기영상학자료,진행회고성분석,비교량자적진단준학솔。결과37례(63족)근골골절중,16층라선CT MPR급VR전부현시,X선루진1례。결론16층라선CT MPR급VR도상재진단근골골절방면구유독특적우세,능전면﹑직관화입체지현시근골골절,미보료X선조편불족,제고근골골절병변적진단준학솔화제정수술방안적설계제공준학적공간입체정위의거。
Objective To explore and analyze the value of 16 layers spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and volume recon-struction (VR) in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures. Methods The imaging data of 37 cases(63 feet) with calcaneal fractures ad-mitted in our hospital in the recent three years (2011 to 2014) were analyzed retrospectively, including 16 layers spiral CT thin layer scanning and MPR and VR image post-processing and X-ray films, and the diagnostic accuracy was compared. Results All the 37 cases (63 feet) with calcaneal fractures were correctly diagnosed by 16 layers spiral CT MPR and VR, while diagnosed by X-ray, missed diagnosis in 1 case. Conclusion 16 layers spiral CT MPR and VR images have a unique advantage in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures, which can display the calcaneal fractures comprehensively, intuitively and three-dimensionally thereby making up the shortcoming of X-ray image, improving the diagnosis accuracy of calcaneal fractures, providing an accurate spatial positioning basis for the design of operation scheme.
