There are many factors that affect the contract price adjustment in practice. Compared with the 08 version, the 2013 list of specifications made a more detailed and systematic explanation of the contract price adjustment factors in the construction stage. This paper focuses on the changes of three factors in the 13 edition and 08 edition, which are: project feature description discrepancy, BOQ missing items and engineering quantity deviation.
