早操是高校课外体育活动的重要组成部分，是体育专业学生的一门必修课，所以，重视早操、组织好早操是非常必要的。本文通过对体育专业学生早操开展情况进行分析研究，并以“兴趣驱动”为核心，从宣传、组织、管理入手提出相应对策，旨在提高早操质量，找出适宜体育专业早操的最佳内容，组织形式和模式。

Morning exercises in colleges and universities is the important part of the extracurricular sports activities, physical education is a required course for students, so, it is very necessary to pay attention to exercise and organize the morning exercises. Through the analysis and research of the morning exercises of sports specialized students, and taking the "interest drive"as the core, from the publicity, organization and management, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, aiming at improving the quality of physical education exercises, and finding the best content suitable for exercises, organization form and mode.
