目的:对复方苍术进行初步药效学研究,观察其对小鼠的止咳、祛痰作用。方法将药物分为挥发油组、水提物组、醇提物组、主成分混合组分别实验;选用氨水引咳法、气管段酚红法分别验证。结果复方苍术各给药组小鼠咳嗽潜伏期延长,2 min内咳嗽次数减少,且均能提高小鼠气管酚红排泄量。除醇提物组外,其他各组与溶剂组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与阳性对照组比较,主成分混合组和水提物组均优于阳性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中主成分混合组小鼠咳嗽潜伏期延长70%,2 min内咳嗽次数减少超过75%。复方苍术中主成分药效由高到低依次为混合组、水提物组、挥发油组,而醇提物组无显著影响。结论复方苍术有良好的镇咳、祛痰作用。

목적:대복방창술진행초보약효학연구,관찰기대소서적지해、거담작용。방법장약물분위휘발유조、수제물조、순제물조、주성분혼합조분별실험;선용안수인해법、기관단분홍법분별험증。결과복방창술각급약조소서해수잠복기연장,2 min내해수차수감소,차균능제고소서기관분홍배설량。제순제물조외,기타각조여용제조비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01);여양성대조조비교,주성분혼합조화수제물조균우우양성조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01),기중주성분혼합조소서해수잠복기연장70%,2 min내해수차수감소초과75%。복방창술중주성분약효유고도저의차위혼합조、수제물조、휘발유조,이순제물조무현저영향。결론복방창술유량호적진해、거담작용。
Objective To investigate the initial pharmacodynamics of of atractylodes compound recipe ,relieving cough and expelling phlegm of atractylodes compound recipe on experiment mice. Methods The drugs were divided into the essential oil group,the alcohol-extracted group,the water-extracted group and the mixture materials group tobe tested respectively,verifying by ammonia water inducing cough and phenol red apophlegmating methods. Results Atractylodes compound recipe could pro-long coughing latency period of mice,decrease the coughing times of mice in 2 minutes and increase the amount of the phenol red excretion. Except the water extracted group,comparing to the solvent group,the difference had statistically significance(P<0.01). The principal components in mixture materials group and the water-extracted group are better than those of the positive control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01),in which,the mixture materials group were prolonged 70%in the cough-ing latency period of mice and decreased over 75%in the coughing times of mice in 2 minutes. The pesticide effect from high to low in sequence is the mixture materials group,the water-extracted group and the essential oil group,while there was less effect to the al-cohol-extracted group. Conclusion Atractylodes compound recipe had a good effect in relieving cough and expelling phlegm on experiment mice.
