目的：观察舒肝祛脂胶囊对实验性脂肪肝大鼠的治疗作用。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组及舒肝祛脂低、中、高剂量组和阿昔莫司组。除正常对照组外，其余5组均以高脂肪饮食饲喂5周，建立高血脂性脂肪肝模型后，模型组给予生理盐水灌胃，舒肝祛脂低、中、高剂量组分别用舒肝祛脂胶囊0．04 g／（kg? d），0．08 g／（kg? d），0．24 g／（kg? d）灌胃，阿昔莫司组用阿昔莫司胶囊0．06 g／kg灌胃。各组于用药4周后处死动物取材送检，观察肝指数、血脂生化指标、肝组织病理改变等。结果模型组镜下呈中重度脂肪肝改变；与模型组比较，舒肝祛脂中、高剂量组大鼠肝指数及血清TC、TG、LDL－C、AST、ALT、ALP水平均明显下降（P均＜0．05）。结论舒肝祛脂胶囊对高脂饮食诱导的脂肪肝具有一定治疗作用。
목적：관찰서간거지효낭대실험성지방간대서적치료작용。방법장30지Wistar대서수궤분위정상대조조、모형조급서간거지저、중、고제량조화아석막사조。제정상대조조외，기여5조균이고지방음식사위5주，건립고혈지성지방간모형후，모형조급여생리염수관위，서간거지저、중、고제량조분별용서간거지효낭0．04 g／（kg? d），0．08 g／（kg? d），0．24 g／（kg? d）관위，아석막사조용아석막사효낭0．06 g／kg관위。각조우용약4주후처사동물취재송검，관찰간지수、혈지생화지표、간조직병리개변등。결과모형조경하정중중도지방간개변；여모형조비교，서간거지중、고제량조대서간지수급혈청TC、TG、LDL－C、AST、ALT、ALP수평균명현하강（P균＜0．05）。결론서간거지효낭대고지음식유도적지방간구유일정치료작용。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Shugan Quzhi Capsule in rats of experimental liver steatosis.Methods 30 cases of Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, Shugan Quzhi Capsule low does, medium does and high does group, and Acipimox group.In addition to normal group, the others of five groups were fed high fat diet for 5 weeks to established hyperlipemia model.Then the animals were given normal saline gavage in model groups, Shugan Quzhi Capsule (0.04g/kg, 0.08g/kg, and 0.24g/kg) in Shugan Quzhi Capsule groups, and Acipimox Capsule (0.06g/kg) in Acipimox group.Four weeks later the animals were killed to examine the changes of blood biochemistry and pathological, and the com-mon conditions, blood lipid level, enzyme, the ratio of liver to body weight and histological change were observed.Resul ts The liver tissues showed changes of moderate or severe fatty liver in microscope in model group.Compared with model group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, AST, ALT, ALP in Shugan Quzhi Capsule medium does and high does group were decreased markedly (all P<0.05 ).Conclusion Shugan Quzhi Capsule has some effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia fatty liver in-duced by high fat diet.
