目的：对比分析改良张力带钢丝在髌骨骨折手术治疗中的应用效果。方法：2010年5月-2014年3月收治髌骨骨折患者30例，随机分为对照组和观察组各15例。对照组采用传统的张力带钢丝内固定加石膏托外固定手术方法，观察组采用改良张力带钢丝内固定手术方法。结果：对照组中，手术后正常行走、无痛感、没有并发症的患者有2例，而观察组正常行走、无痛感、没有并发症的患者多达7例。观察组的手术有效率要明显高于对照组，组间治疗效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：改良张力带钢丝内固定术在髌骨骨折手术治疗中的效果是很显著的，由于不需要在骨折位置外用石膏托进行固定，这样可以使膝关节在自如的活动中通过对骨折部位的加压，促进骨折的愈合康复，并能够有效防止膝关节粘连、僵直及股四头肌肌肉萎缩。
목적：대비분석개량장력대강사재빈골골절수술치료중적응용효과。방법：2010년5월-2014년3월수치빈골골절환자30례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각15례。대조조채용전통적장력대강사내고정가석고탁외고정수술방법，관찰조채용개량장력대강사내고정수술방법。결과：대조조중，수술후정상행주、무통감、몰유병발증적환자유2례，이관찰조정상행주、무통감、몰유병발증적환자다체7례。관찰조적수술유효솔요명현고우대조조，조간치료효과비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：개량장력대강사내고정술재빈골골절수술치료중적효과시흔현저적，유우불수요재골절위치외용석고탁진행고정，저양가이사슬관절재자여적활동중통과대골절부위적가압，촉진골절적유합강복，병능구유효방지슬관절점련、강직급고사두기기육위축。
Objective:To explore the application effect of improved tension band wire fixation in fracture of patella.Methods:30 patients with patellar fracture were selected from May 2010 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 15 cases in each group.The control group were treated with the traditional tension band wire fixation combined with plaster fixation.The observation group were treated with improved tension band wire fixation.Results:In the control group,after the operation,patients with normal walking,without pain,without complications were in 2 cases;in the observation group, patients with normal walking,without pain,without complications were in 7 cases.In the observation group,effective operation rate was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of improved tension band wire fixation in fracture of patella was significant,because of no need of external use of plaster in the location of fracture,it can pressurize to the fracture site by knee joint in free activities,promote fracture healing and rehabilitation,and effectively prevent the knee joint adhesion,stiffness and unit four quadriceps muscle atrophy.
