目的：对瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘的分娩结局进行探讨。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘产妇42例作观察组，同期选择42例因瘢痕子宫而进行2次剖宫产分娩的产妇42例作对照组，对比两组产妇分娩手术时间、产后出血情况、手术所用资金等情况。结果：出血量、分娩手术时间、产后出血情况、手术所用资金等多项数据对比中，观察组产妇均明显高于对照组产妇，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘产妇，在分娩后更易出现并发症，临床分娩手术过程中，应时刻把握好第1次剖宫产的手术指征，从而确保产妇与婴儿的健康。

목적：대반흔자궁합병전치태반적분면결국진행탐토。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치반흔자궁합병전치태반산부42례작관찰조，동기선택42례인반흔자궁이진행2차부궁산분면적산부42례작대조조，대비량조산부분면수술시간、산후출혈정황、수술소용자금등정황。결과：출혈량、분면수술시간、산후출혈정황、수술소용자금등다항수거대비중，관찰조산부균명현고우대조조산부，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：반흔자궁합병전치태반산부，재분면후경역출현병발증，림상분면수술과정중，응시각파악호제1차부궁산적수술지정，종이학보산부여영인적건강。
Objective:To explore the delivery outcome of scar uterus complicated with placenta previa.Methods:42 pregnant women with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa were selected from January 2013 to January 2014 as the observation group,at the same time,42 cases with the second cesarean section due to maternal uterine scar were selected as the control group. We compared the time of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,operation cost of the two groups.Results:In the time of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,operation cost of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In maternal with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa,after giving birth,they were more susceptible to complications.In clinical delivery operation process,we should grasp the indication of cesarean section in the first time,so as to ensure the maternal and infant health.
