目的：探讨膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法：将92例膝关节骨性关节炎老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例，治疗组行膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗，对照组行关节镜下清理，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率，术后疼痛程度轻于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎具有较为显著效果，可恢复患者膝关节功能，安全有效。

목적：탐토슬관절경연합투명질산납치료노년슬관절골성관절염림상료효。방법：장92례슬관절골성관절염노년환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각46례，치료조행슬관절경연합투명질산납치료，대조조행관절경하청리，대비량조환자치료효과。결과：치료조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조총유효솔，술후동통정도경우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：슬관절경연합투명질산납치료노년슬관절골성관절염구유교위현저효과，가회복환자슬관절공능，안전유효。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:92 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 46 cases in each.The treatment group underwent arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment.The control group underwent arthroscopic debridement.We compared the effect of the two groups patients.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis has a more significant effect.It can restore the function of knee joint of patients,and it is safe and effective.
