目的：探讨利用腹腔镜对急性盆腔炎进行手术的治疗效果。方法：2012年9月-2014年5月收治急性盆腔炎患者66例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各33例，对照组进行抗生素应用等常规治疗，治疗组利用腹腔镜对盆腔炎进行手术治疗。术后比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、住院时间长短等情况。结果：治疗组症状改善情况、住院时间与对照组相比较明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：利用腹腔镜对急性盆腔炎进行手术并结合常规治疗，患者手术创伤小、住院时间缩短，治疗效果显著。

목적：탐토이용복강경대급성분강염진행수술적치료효과。방법：2012년9월-2014년5월수치급성분강염환자66례，수궤분위대조조화치료조각33례，대조조진행항생소응용등상규치료，치료조이용복강경대분강염진행수술치료。술후비교량조환자림상증상개선정황、주원시간장단등정황。결과：치료조증상개선정황、주원시간여대조조상비교명현축단，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이용복강경대급성분강염진행수술병결합상규치료，환자수술창상소、주원시간축단，치료효과현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation for the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:66 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from September 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 33 cases in each group.The control group were given antibiotic therapy.The treatment group were given laparoscopic surgery treatment.After operation,we compared the improvement of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and so on of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the improvement of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with routine therapy was used in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Surgical trauma was small.The time of hospitalization was shortened.The therapeutic effect was obvious.
