目的：调查了解中老年高脂血症患者及同年龄段血脂正常者体内血浆同型半胱氨酸、维生素B12及叶酸的水平和差异的意义。方法：选取＞45岁以经检查无糖尿病、肾病及其他器质性疾病的高脂血症患者和同年龄段血脂正常者分别测定体内同型半胱氨酸、维生素B12及叶酸水平。结果：两组同型半胱氨酸、维生素B12和叶酸水平比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，高脂血症组同型半胱氨酸水平高于对照组，高脂血症患者血浆FA和维生素B12低于对照组；且同型半胱氨酸水平与维生素B12及叶酸水平呈负相关(相关系数r分别为-0.634和-0.571，P＜0.01)。结论：高脂血症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平存在不同程度的升高，同时叶酸和维生素B12水平有不同程度的下降。监测中老年高脂血症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸及叶酸和维生素B12水平有重要意义。

목적：조사료해중노년고지혈증환자급동년령단혈지정상자체내혈장동형반광안산、유생소B12급협산적수평화차이적의의。방법：선취＞45세이경검사무당뇨병、신병급기타기질성질병적고지혈증환자화동년령단혈지정상자분별측정체내동형반광안산、유생소B12급협산수평。결과：량조동형반광안산、유생소B12화협산수평비교，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)，고지혈증조동형반광안산수평고우대조조，고지혈증환자혈장FA화유생소B12저우대조조；차동형반광안산수평여유생소B12급협산수평정부상관(상관계수r분별위-0.634화-0.571，P＜0.01)。결론：고지혈증환자혈장동형반광안산수평존재불동정도적승고，동시협산화유생소B12수평유불동정도적하강。감측중노년고지혈증환자혈장동형반광안산급협산화유생소B12수평유중요의의。
Objective:To investigate and understand the plasma homocysteine,vitamin B12 and folate levels and the significances of difference in quinquagenarian patients with hyperlipidemia and the same age quinquagenarian with normal serum lipids. Methods:The patients with hyperlipidemia and the same age quinquagenarian with normal serum lipids that more than 45 years old were selected.They were without diabetes,nephropathy and other organic disease by examination.Results:The levels of homocysteine,vitamin B12 and folate in two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The homocysteine level of the hyperlipidemia group was higher than that of the control group,the plasma FA and vitamin B12 of patients with hyperlipidemia were lower than those of the control group,and the homocysteine level with vitamin B12 and folic levels were inversely correlated (correlation coefficient r were respectively -0.634 and -0.571,P<0.01).Conclusion:The plasma homocysteine levels of patients with hyperlipidemia increase in different extent,and at the same time,the folic and vitamin B12 levels decrease in different extent.There is important significance of monitoring in the plasma homocysteine,folate and vitamin B12 levels of quinquagenarian patients with hyperlipidemia.
