目的：探讨甲钴胺联合仙灵骨葆治疗肋软骨炎的临床疗效。方法：2013年6月-2014年5月收治肋软骨炎患者40例，按照治疗方法不同分成观察组和对照组，各20例，观察组采用甲钴胺联合仙灵骨葆治疗，对照组采用仙灵骨葆治疗，观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后疼痛评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后疼痛评分均有明显下降(P＜0.05)，且观察组下降水平明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：甲钴胺联合仙灵骨葆治疗肋软骨炎安全有效，能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토갑고알연합선령골보치료륵연골염적림상료효。방법：2013년6월-2014년5월수치륵연골염환자40례，안조치료방법불동분성관찰조화대조조，각20례，관찰조채용갑고알연합선령골보치료，대조조채용선령골보치료，관찰량조림상료효화치료전후동통평분。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)；량조치료후동통평분균유명현하강(P＜0.05)，차관찰조하강수평명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：갑고알연합선령골보치료륵연골염안전유효，능구유효완해환자적림상증상，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin combined Xian Ling Gu Bao capsule in the treatment of rib cartilage inflammation.Methods:40 patients with rib cartilage inflammation were selected from June 2013 to May 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The observation group with mecobalamin combined Xian Ling Gu Bao capsule treatment.The control group used Xian Ling Gu Bao capsule treatment only.We observed the clinical efficacy and pain scores before and after the treatment of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores of two groups after the treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group decreased significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mecobalamin combined Xian Ling Gu Bao capsule in the treatment of rib cartilage inflammation is safe and effective,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients, so it is worthy of the clinical application.
