目的：探讨克痔益肠胶囊联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的作用和方法。方法：对80例慢性结肠炎患者用克痔益肠胶囊配合中药保留灌肠进行治疗，对70例慢性结肠炎患者用纯西药内服进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率95.00%，对照组总有效率74.29%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：克痔益肠胶囊配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎有显著疗效。
目的：探討剋痔益腸膠囊聯閤中藥保留灌腸治療慢性結腸炎的作用和方法。方法：對80例慢性結腸炎患者用剋痔益腸膠囊配閤中藥保留灌腸進行治療，對70例慢性結腸炎患者用純西藥內服進行治療，比較兩組患者的治療效果。結果：治療組總有效率95.00%，對照組總有效率74.29%，兩組療效比較差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：剋痔益腸膠囊配閤中藥保留灌腸治療慢性結腸炎有顯著療效。
목적：탐토극치익장효낭연합중약보류관장치료만성결장염적작용화방법。방법：대80례만성결장염환자용극치익장효낭배합중약보류관장진행치료，대70례만성결장염환자용순서약내복진행치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔95.00%，대조조총유효솔74.29%，량조료효비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：극치익장효낭배합중약보류관장치료만성결장염유현저료효。
Objective:To investigate the function and method of Ke Zhi beneficial intestinal capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic colitis.Methods:We used Ke Zhi beneficial intestinal capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema to treat 80 cases of chronic colitis patients,and gave 70 cases of chronic colitis patients with pure western medicine internal medicine treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups patients.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 95%;the total effectiveness of the control group was 74.29%;the effect of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the Ke Zhi beneficial intestinal capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic colitis is remarkable.
