目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月-2014年8月收治COPD患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组各40例，对照组按照吸氧、抗感染、祛痰、解痉平喘的治疗原则，给予盐酸氨溴索片30 mg/次，3次/d，头孢拉定3.0 g静滴，2次/d，急性期雾化吸入异丙托溴铵溶液2 mL+硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液2 mL，3次/d，20 min/次。观察组在对照组的基础上加用抗感染汤治疗。结果：两组患者治疗前MMEF和FEV1比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后两组均明显改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组明显优于对照组，两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床控制12例，显效24例，有效2例，无效2例，总有效率95.0%；对照组临床控制5例，显效16例，有效10例，无效9例，总有效率77.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗COPD疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)적림상료효。방법：2013년2월-2014년8월수치COPD환자80례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조안조흡양、항감염、거담、해경평천적치료원칙，급여염산안추색편30 mg/차，3차/d，두포랍정3.0 g정적，2차/d，급성기무화흡입이병탁추안용액2 mL+류산사정알순용액2 mL，3차/d，20 min/차。관찰조재대조조적기출상가용항감염탕치료。결과：량조환자치료전MMEF화FEV1비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，치료후량조균명현개선，여치료전비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조명현우우대조조，량조치료후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조림상공제12례，현효24례，유효2례，무효2례，총유효솔95.0%；대조조림상공제5례，현효16례，유효10례，무효9례，총유효솔77.5%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중서의결합치료COPD료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 cases of COPD patients were selected from February 2013 to August 2014. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.In accordance with the oxygen,anti infection,expectorant,antispasmodic asthma treatment principle,the control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride tablets 30 mg/time,3 times/day,Cefradine 3.0 g intravenous drip,2 times /day,in the acute phase,inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution 2 mL + salbutamol sulfate solution 2 mL,3 times/day,20 min/time.The observation group were given the anti infection decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:Before treatment,we compared the MMEF and FEV1 of the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,two groups were significantly improved,compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was obviously better than the control group, and compared the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,12 cases had clinical control;24 cases were markedly effective;2 cases were effective;2 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 95%. In the control group,5 cases had clinical control;16 cases were markedly effective;10 cases were effective;9 cases were invalid;the total efficiency was 77.5%;compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.It was worthy of promotion.
