目的：探讨成人正畸的治疗方法以及临床特点，总结其治疗经验。方法：2010年1月-2012年12月收治成人错颌畸形病患者140例，采用固定矫治器矫治，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：痊愈71例，有效55例，无效14例，总有效率90%。结论：对于成人口腔正畸需要根据成人患者的口腔特点以及患者的年龄、面形、牙弓拥挤程度、对美观的要求等制定个体化治疗方案，可以有效改善患者的口腔功能，满足患者的外观要求。

목적：탐토성인정기적치료방법이급림상특점，총결기치료경험。방법：2010년1월-2012년12월수치성인착합기형병환자140례，채용고정교치기교치，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：전유71례，유효55례，무효14례，총유효솔90%。결론：대우성인구강정기수요근거성인환자적구강특점이급환자적년령、면형、아궁옹제정도、대미관적요구등제정개체화치료방안，가이유효개선환자적구강공능，만족환자적외관요구。
Objective:To explore the treatment method and clinical characteristics of adult orthodontic,to summarize the treatment experience.Methods:140 adult patients with malocclusion deformity disease were selected from January 2010 to December 2012. They were used fixed appliances,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:71 cases were cured;55 cases were effective;14 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 90% .Conclusion:The adult orthodontic need according to oral characteristics of adult patients and age,face shape,tooth bow crowded degree,the requirement of the beautiful to formulate individualized treatment plan.It can effectively improve the oral function of patients,and satisfy the appearance requirements of patients.
