目的：探讨高血压患者不遵医饮食原因分析及对策。方法：收治高血压患者200例，对其进行调查分析。结果：全部患者中遵医饮食仅18例(9.0%)，绝大部分患者均不遵医饮食。结论：高血压患者中大部分患者均不遵医饮食，原因较为复杂多样，应加强高血压患者疾病相关知识，帮助患者建立正确生活方式，有效控制血压，提高自身生活质量。

목적：탐토고혈압환자불준의음식원인분석급대책。방법：수치고혈압환자200례，대기진행조사분석。결과：전부환자중준의음식부18례(9.0%)，절대부분환자균불준의음식。결론：고혈압환자중대부분환자균불준의음식，원인교위복잡다양，응가강고혈압환자질병상관지식，방조환자건립정학생활방식，유효공제혈압，제고자신생활질량。
Objective:To explore the analysis and countermeasures research of non compliance of diet in patients with hypertension.Methods:200 patients with hypertension were selected.We surveyed and analyzed the clinical data.Results:In all patients,18 patients(9%) had the compliance of diet.Most patients did not have compliance of diet.Conclusion:In patients with hypertension,most patients did not have compliance of diet,and the reason was complicated.We should strengthen the related knowledge in patients with hypertension,help patients to establish the correct way of life,effective control of blood pressure,and improve their own quality of life.
