目的：探讨综合护理方式在消化内科焦虑状态患者的疗效。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治消化内科常见病患者99例，随机分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=45)。给予对照组常规护理，在对照组基础上给予观察组综合护理，对比不同护理干预下患者的康复效果和焦虑评分。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率86.7%，对照组68.2%，观察组明显高于对照组(χ2=4.363，P=0.037)；观察组和对照组干预后的焦虑评分明显低于干预前(t 观察组=13.588，P=0.000；t对照组=2.960，P=0.004)；干预后，观察组的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(t=11.067，P=0.000)。结论：综合护理能够有效改善消化内科焦虑状态患者的病情，有效降低焦虑症状，值得推广。

목적：탐토종합호리방식재소화내과초필상태환자적료효。방법：2010년1월-2013년12월수치소화내과상견병환자99례，수궤분위대조조(n=44)화관찰조(n=45)。급여대조조상규호리，재대조조기출상급여관찰조종합호리，대비불동호리간예하환자적강복효과화초필평분。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔86.7%，대조조68.2%，관찰조명현고우대조조(χ2=4.363，P=0.037)；관찰조화대조조간예후적초필평분명현저우간예전(t 관찰조=13.588，P=0.000；t대조조=2.960，P=0.004)；간예후，관찰조적초필평분명현저우대조조(t=11.067，P=0.000)。결론：종합호리능구유효개선소화내과초필상태환자적병정，유효강저초필증상，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with anxiety in the department of internal medicine.Methods:99 patients with common diseases in digestive department of internal medicine were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=44) and the observation group(n=45).The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the control group.We compared the effect of rehabilitation and anxiety score of patients with different nursing intervention.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was 86.7%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 68.2%;the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ2=4.363,P=0.037).In the observation group and the control group,the anxiety score after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention(tobservation group=13.588,P=0.000;tcontrol group=2.960,P=0.004);after intervention,the anxiety score of observation group was obviously lower than that in control group(t=11.067, P=0.000).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the patient's condition,and effectively reduce the symptoms of anxiety of patients in the department of internal medicine.It is worthy of promotion.
