支原体肺炎最常见的合并细菌感染的种类为金黄色葡萄球菌及肺炎球菌，合并细菌感染者单纯应用大环内酯类药物治疗效果欠佳，联合头孢类或青霉素类抗生素及中医效果明显。临床需注意肺炎支原体(MP)感染的多样性，对于胸片呈大叶性改变，应高度警惕支原体合并细菌感染，及时行相关病原学检查确诊，中西联合治疗效果好，疗程短，并发症及后遗症少。本文收治呈大叶性肺炎改变的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿1例，回顾性分析诊治过程和预后，并中西文献复习。

The most common kinds of complicated with bacterial infection were staphylococcus aureus and pneumococcal.In complicated with bacterial infection patients,the therapy effect of pure application of macrolide was poor.The treatment effect combined with cephalothin or penicillin and chinese medicine was remarkable.In clinic,we should pay attention to the diversity of MP infection.For patients of chest with lobar change,we should be alert of mycoplasma with bacterial infection,and timely give related pathogens examination for patients to diagnose.Treatment effect of the combination of Chinese and western was good;period of treatment was short;complications and sequelae was less. In this paper,the author introduced 1 case of children with mycoplasma pneumonia with lobar pneumonia characteristic,retrospectively analyzed course of treatment and prognosis,and reviewed Chinese and western literature.
