目的:通过对护士进行问卷调查,了解在职护士的从业心理,制定合理的管理对策,提高护理质量,充实稳定精神科护理队伍。方法:抽取100名护士进行无记名调查,填写自制满意度问卷。结果:护士普遍存在工作满意度低,心理压力大问题。结论:待遇差、社会地位低。心理压力大是主要心理因素,其次是自我发展受限等。对精神科护士实行人性化管理,加强思想道德教育,增强责任感和事业心,尽可能地提高精神科护士的待遇,是稳定精神科护理队伍的关键。

Objective:Through the questionnaire survey for nurses,to understand the employment psychology of nurses,to establish the management of reasonable measures,to improve the quality of nursing care,to enrich the nursing team stability of psychiatric department.Methods:100 nurses were selected for anonymous investigation.They filled the self-made questionnaire of satisfaction.Results:Low job satisfaction,greater psychological pressure were widespread in nurses.Conclusion:Poor treatment,low social status,psychological pressure were the main psychological factors,followed by the self development limited.The implementation of human management for psychiatric nurses,strengthening the ideological and moral education,enhancing the sense of responsibility and dedication,as much as possible to improve the remuneration of psychiatric nurses,were the keys of the stability of nursing staff in psychiatric department.
