目的：基层阑尾炎切除术后再手术的影响因素较为复杂，主要是因为初次手术时，医护人员没有重视阑尾炎切除术，忽视患者多方面的临床表现与体征，导致患者术后并发症发生率上升，严重影响患者的住院时间与术后恢复，增加患者的经济负担。因此在初次手术时，医护人员要详细询问患者病史，以减少患者的术后并发症发生率，从而有效降低阑尾炎切除术后再手术几率。
目的：基層闌尾炎切除術後再手術的影響因素較為複雜，主要是因為初次手術時，醫護人員沒有重視闌尾炎切除術，忽視患者多方麵的臨床錶現與體徵，導緻患者術後併髮癥髮生率上升，嚴重影響患者的住院時間與術後恢複，增加患者的經濟負擔。因此在初次手術時，醫護人員要詳細詢問患者病史，以減少患者的術後併髮癥髮生率，從而有效降低闌尾炎切除術後再手術幾率。
목적：기층란미염절제술후재수술적영향인소교위복잡，주요시인위초차수술시，의호인원몰유중시란미염절제술，홀시환자다방면적림상표현여체정，도치환자술후병발증발생솔상승，엄중영향환자적주원시간여술후회복，증가환자적경제부담。인차재초차수술시，의호인원요상세순문환자병사，이감소환자적술후병발증발생솔，종이유효강저란미염절제술후재수술궤솔。
The influence factors of reoperation after basic appendix resection are complex.It is mainly because that medical personnel do not attach importance to appendix resection and ignore the various clinical symptoms and signs of patients in the first operation,, which leads to an increased incidence rate of postoperative complications.It seriously affects the patient's hospitalization time and postoperative recovery,and increases the economic burden of patients.So in the first operation,the medical personnel should detailly inquiry the medical history of patients,in order to reduce the postoperative complication occurrence rate of patients,so as to effectively reduce the probability of reoperation after basic appendix resection.
