目的：观察兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡(Duodenal ulcer，DU)的临床效果。方法：2013年2-12月收治十二指肠溃疡患者60例，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组使用雷贝拉唑治疗，对于幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)阳性患者采用雷贝拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素的标准三联治疗；观察组使用兰索拉唑治疗，对于Hp阳性患者采用兰索拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素的标准三联治疗，观察两组患者消化性溃疡愈合率。结果：观察组治疗总有效率92%；对照组总有效率85%，疗效差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：兰索拉唑在治疗十二指肠溃疡方面效果更为突出，值得在临床上应用推广。

목적：관찰란색랍서치료십이지장궤양(Duodenal ulcer，DU)적림상효과。방법：2013년2-12월수치십이지장궤양환자60례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，대조조사용뢰패랍서치료，대우유문라간균(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)양성환자채용뢰패랍서+아막서림+극랍매소적표준삼련치료；관찰조사용란색랍서치료，대우Hp양성환자채용란색랍서+아막서림+극랍매소적표준삼련치료，관찰량조환자소화성궤양유합솔。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔92%；대조조총유효솔85%，료효차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：란색랍서재치료십이지장궤양방면효과경위돌출，치득재림상상응용추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lansoprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer(DU).Methods:60 patients with duodenal ulcer were selected from February to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with rabeprazole,and the helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive patients were given rabeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin standard triple therapy.The observation group were treated with lansoprazole,and the Hp positive patients were given lansoprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin standard triple therapy.The healing rates of peptic ulcer in two groups were observed.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 92%;the total effective rate of the control group was 85% ;the curative effects had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of lansoprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer is more prominent,and it is worth of clinical application.
