目的：观察分析无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法：随机选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者180例，分成观察组和对照组。两组患者均采用解痉、祛痰、平喘、抗感染对症治疗，对照组采用鼻导管低流量通气治疗，观察组采用无创正压通气治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：对照组的临床症状总有效率63.33%，观察组的临床症状总有效率88.89%，观察组的临床症状总有效率明显比对照组高(P＜0.05)。结论：无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效好，在临床上值得推荐使用。

목적：관찰분석무창정압통기치료만성조새성폐질병급성발작기적림상료효。방법：수궤선취만성조새성폐질병급성발작기환자180례，분성관찰조화대조조。량조환자균채용해경、거담、평천、항감염대증치료，대조조채용비도관저류량통기치료，관찰조채용무창정압통기치료，관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：대조조적림상증상총유효솔63.33%，관찰조적림상증상총유효솔88.89%，관찰조적림상증상총유효솔명현비대조조고(P＜0.05)。결론：무창정압통기치료만성조새성폐질병급성발작기적림상료효호，재림상상치득추천사용。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation.Methods:180 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation were randomly selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of two groups were treated with spasmolysis,expectorant,antiasthmatic,anti infection and symptomatic treatment.The control group were given nasal catheter low flow ventilation treatment.The observation group were given noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the control group was 63.33% ;the total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was 88.89% .The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation has good clinical effect.It is worthy of recommended use in clinical.
