目的：评价中西药结合治疗脑血管病眩晕的临床疗效。方法：2011年4月-2012年3月收治脑血管病眩晕患者80例，随机分成试验组和对照组，每组40例。对两组患者行阿司匹林肠溶片口服治疗，在此基础上，试验组行天麻温胆汤加减治疗，对照组行氟桂利嗪口服治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行对比和研究。结果：对照组总有效率67.5%，试验组总有效率87.5%，两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对脑血管病眩晕患者行中西药结合治疗具有良好的临床疗效。

목적：평개중서약결합치료뇌혈관병현훈적림상료효。방법：2011년4월-2012년3월수치뇌혈관병현훈환자80례，수궤분성시험조화대조조，매조40례。대량조환자행아사필림장용편구복치료，재차기출상，시험조행천마온담탕가감치료，대조조행불계리진구복치료。대량조적림상료효진행대비화연구。결과：대조조총유효솔67.5%，시험조총유효솔87.5%，량조총유효솔비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대뇌혈관병현훈환자행중서약결합치료구유량호적림상료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cerebral vascular vertigo.Methods:80 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients with vertigo were selected from April 2011 to March 2012.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.Two groups of patients were treated by aspirin enteric-coated tablets,on this basis,the experimental group was given Tian Ma Wen Dan Decoction treatment,and the control group was given flunarizine oral.We compared the effect of treatment of the two groups. Results:In the control group,the total efficiency was 67.5% .In the experimental group,the total efficiency was 87.5% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cerebral vascular vertigo was good.
