目的：探讨急性酒精中毒的急诊抢救措施，以提高急性酒精中毒的抢救效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治急性酒精中毒患者135例，回顾性分析其临床资料，总结其急救方法。结果：135例急性酒精中毒患者经抢救治疗后，126例患者康复出院，9例患者合并其他症状收入相应的科室继续治疗，5～10 h内恢复意识，无死亡病例。结论：采用保暖、保持呼吸道畅通、吸氧等一般急救措施及洗胃、促醒、止呕、护胃、补液、利尿等方法治疗急性重度酒精中毒，患者中毒症状迅速恢复，值得临床广泛推广和应用。
目的：探討急性酒精中毒的急診搶救措施，以提高急性酒精中毒的搶救效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治急性酒精中毒患者135例，迴顧性分析其臨床資料，總結其急救方法。結果：135例急性酒精中毒患者經搶救治療後，126例患者康複齣院，9例患者閤併其他癥狀收入相應的科室繼續治療，5～10 h內恢複意識，無死亡病例。結論：採用保暖、保持呼吸道暢通、吸氧等一般急救措施及洗胃、促醒、止嘔、護胃、補液、利尿等方法治療急性重度酒精中毒，患者中毒癥狀迅速恢複，值得臨床廣汎推廣和應用。
목적：탐토급성주정중독적급진창구조시，이제고급성주정중독적창구효과。방법：2012년5월-2014년5월수치급성주정중독환자135례，회고성분석기림상자료，총결기급구방법。결과：135례급성주정중독환자경창구치료후，126례환자강복출원，9례환자합병기타증상수입상응적과실계속치료，5～10 h내회복의식，무사망병례。결론：채용보난、보지호흡도창통、흡양등일반급구조시급세위、촉성、지구、호위、보액、이뇨등방법치료급성중도주정중독，환자중독증상신속회복，치득림상엄범추엄화응용。
Objective:To explore the emergency rescue measures of acute alcoholism in order to improve the rescue effect of acute alcoholism.Methods:135 patients with acute alcoholism were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the first aid method was summarized.Results:After the emergency treatment of 135 patients with acute alcoholism,126 patients recovered and discharged,and 9 patients with other symptoms was sent to the corresponding department to continue treatment.Consciousness was restored in 5~10 hours.There was no death case.Conclusion:Using general first aid measures such as keeping warm,keeping respiratory tract clear,oxygen inhalation and the gastric lavage,promoting wake, anti-nausea,protecting stomach,rehydration,diuresis treat acute severe alcoholism,the toxic symptom of patients is rapid recovery. It is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical.
