目的：探讨小脑扁桃体下疝伴脊髓空洞的手术治疗方法，分析影响疗效的可能原因。方法：回顾分析11例小脑扁桃体下疝伴脊髓空洞患者资料，均行后颅窝减压术，神经补片扩大修补硬脑膜。结果：术后症状都有程度不同的好转。结论：有效的后颅窝减压术可以显著改善小脑扁桃体下疝伴脊髓空洞患者的临床症状。
目的：探討小腦扁桃體下疝伴脊髓空洞的手術治療方法，分析影響療效的可能原因。方法：迴顧分析11例小腦扁桃體下疝伴脊髓空洞患者資料，均行後顱窩減壓術，神經補片擴大脩補硬腦膜。結果：術後癥狀都有程度不同的好轉。結論：有效的後顱窩減壓術可以顯著改善小腦扁桃體下疝伴脊髓空洞患者的臨床癥狀。
목적：탐토소뇌편도체하산반척수공동적수술치료방법，분석영향료효적가능원인。방법：회고분석11례소뇌편도체하산반척수공동환자자료，균행후로와감압술，신경보편확대수보경뇌막。결과：술후증상도유정도불동적호전。결론：유효적후로와감압술가이현저개선소뇌편도체하산반척수공동환자적림상증상。
Objective:To explore the operative treatment method of cerebellar tonsillar lower hernia combined with syringomyelia, to analyze the possible factors affecting the curative effect.Methods:The data of 11 patients with cerebellar tonsillar lower hernia combined with syringomyelia were retrospectively analyzed.They were given posterior fossa decompression,expand repairing endocranium by nerve patch.Results:Postoperative symptoms had different degrees of improvement.Conclusion:Effective posterior fossa decompression can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebellar tonsillar lower hernia combined with syringomyelia.
