目的：分析剖宫产率增高的因素，以提出降低剖宫产率的临床措施。方法：2011年1月-2013年12月收治产妇750例，回顾性分析其临床资料，分析导致产妇行剖宫产的因素，进而总结降低剖宫产率的临床措施。结果：本组750例患者中，伴剖宫产史与臀先露245例(33%)；足月儿剖宫产320例(43%)。剖宫产率高的原因：羊水过少、胎儿宫内窘迫、既往剖宫产史、臀先露、巨大儿、珍贵儿以及重度妊娠并发症和社会因素等，应给予其适当的干预。结论：导致剖宫产率高的原因诸多，医护人员除具备较强的专业知识外，还应做好产前与产时的宣教工作和良好的医患沟通，严格掌握剖宫产指征，在全社会与医患双方的共同努力下，促使剖宫产率降低。

목적：분석부궁산솔증고적인소，이제출강저부궁산솔적림상조시。방법：2011년1월-2013년12월수치산부750례，회고성분석기림상자료，분석도치산부행부궁산적인소，진이총결강저부궁산솔적림상조시。결과：본조750례환자중，반부궁산사여둔선로245례(33%)；족월인부궁산320례(43%)。부궁산솔고적원인：양수과소、태인궁내군박、기왕부궁산사、둔선로、거대인、진귀인이급중도임신병발증화사회인소등，응급여기괄당적간예。결론：도치부궁산솔고적원인제다，의호인원제구비교강적전업지식외，환응주호산전여산시적선교공작화량호적의환구통，엄격장악부궁산지정，재전사회여의환쌍방적공동노력하，촉사부궁산솔강저。
Objective:To analyze the factors of increasing cesarean section rate,in order to put forward the clinical measures to reduce the cesarean section rate.Methods:750 puerpera were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The factors of causing puerpera with cesarean section were analyzed,and the clinical measures for reducing the cesarean section rate were summarized.Results:In 750 patients of this group,245 cases(33% ) had a history of cesarean section and breech presentation.320 cases(43%) were term infant cesarean section.The reasons of high cesarean section rate:oligohydramnios,fetal distress,previous history of cesarean section,breech presentation,macrosomia, precious son,severe pregnancy complications and social factors.It should give the appropriate intervention.Conclusion:The reasons of high cesarean section rate are many.The medical care personnel in addition to have strong professional knowledge,but also should do the prenatal and intrapartum propaganda work and good doctor-patient communication,strictly grasp the cesarean section indication. In the joint efforts of the whole society and the doctor-patient both sides,it prompte the cesarean section rate decreased.
