目的：分析应用成型钢板内固定方法治疗肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法：2011年3月-2014年3月收治肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组给予保守治疗，观察组给予切开复位成型钢板内固定治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组的满意度也高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折采用成型钢板内固定法进行复位具有良好的疗效，患者满意度高，值得临床推广与应用。
목적：분석응용성형강판내고정방법치료견갑골골절합병쇄골골절적림상효과。방법：2011년3월-2014년3월수치견갑골골절합병쇄골골절환자60례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조30례。대조조급여보수치료，관찰조급여절개복위성형강판내고정치료，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조적만의도야고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：견갑골골절합병쇄골골절채용성형강판내고정법진행복위구유량호적료효，환자만의도고，치득림상추엄여응용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of applying molding steel plate internal fixation method in the treatment of scapula fracture with clavicular fracture.Methods:60 patients with scapula fracture with clavicular fracture were selected from March 2011 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group were given conservative treatment,and the observation group were given open reduction molding steel plate internal fixation treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient's satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using molding steel plate internal fixation in the restoration of scapula fracture with clavicular fracture has a good effect and high patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
