目的：分析探讨手术焦虑患者围手术期的心理护理效果。方法：2013年2月-2014年2月收治手术患者54例，作为研究对象，患者对手术均表现出焦虑的情绪，在术前对患者进行常规护理与心理护理，并观察其护理效果。结果：与心理护理实施前相比，实施后患者的心理状况明显改善，前后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。通过对患者的自我管理教育，患者的接受治疗的依从性明显提高。结论：对手术焦虑患者的围手术期采取有效的心理护理干预，能够有效缓解患者的心理压力，提高患者接受治疗依从性，进而提高治疗效果。
목적：분석탐토수술초필환자위수술기적심리호리효과。방법：2013년2월-2014년2월수치수술환자54례，작위연구대상，환자대수술균표현출초필적정서，재술전대환자진행상규호리여심리호리，병관찰기호리효과。결과：여심리호리실시전상비，실시후환자적심리상황명현개선，전후차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。통과대환자적자아관리교육，환자적접수치료적의종성명현제고。결론：대수술초필환자적위수술기채취유효적심리호리간예，능구유효완해환자적심리압력，제고환자접수치료의종성，진이제고치료효과。
Objective:To analyze and explore the effect of perioperative psychological nursing in patients with operation anxiety. Methods:54 patients with operation were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They were as the study objects.The patients showed anxiety for operation.The patients were given routine nursing and psychological nursing before operation.The nursing effect was observed.Results:Compared with before the implementation of psychological nursing,the psychological status of the patients improved significantly after the implementation,and there was statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Through the psychological nursing of patients,the compliance of the patients were improved obviously.Conclusion:Taking effective psychological nursing intervention in the perioperation of patients with operation anxiety can effectively alleviate the patients psychological pressure,improve the patients receive treatment compliance,and improve the treatment effect.
