目的：研究护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者124例，按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，比较两组患者不良反应、生活质量、患者对护理服务满意度。结果：观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组生理机能、生理职能、社会功能、心理健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康均好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预可以降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘发生率，改善患者的生活质量，同时提高患者对护理服务满意度。
목적：연구호리간예대만성조새성폐질병환자적영향。방법：2012년1월-2013년12월수치만성조새성폐질병환자124례，안조수자수궤법수궤분성관찰조화대조조，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상실시호리간예，비교량조환자불량반응、생활질량、환자대호리복무만의도。결과：관찰조불량반응발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조생리궤능、생리직능、사회공능、심리건강、정감직능、활력、총체건강균호우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조총만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：호리간예가이강저만성조새성폐질병환자편비발생솔，개선환자적생활질량，동시제고환자대호리복무만의도。
Objective:To study the influence of nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods:124 patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.According to the random number method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The adverse reactions,life qualities and nursing service satisfactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The adverse reaction incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological function,physiological role,social function,mental health,role emotional,role emotional of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of constipation in patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia,improve the life quality of the patients,and improve the nursing service satisfaction of patients.
