目的:观察分析腹腔引流液监测对一次性引流袋更换时间的影响。方法:2013年9月-2014年5月收治置入一次性引流袋患者60例,作为研究对象,按照数字随机表方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组按照3 d 1次的频率更换引流袋,对照组按照1 d 1次的频率更换引流袋,对比腹腔引流液监测结果。结果:两组患者置管后1 d、3 d,引流袋接头位置、袋内位置引流液的细菌培养结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔引流患者使用一次性引流袋可按照3 d 1次的频率更换,不会造成细菌感染问题,且可减轻护理工作量,综合效果确切。

목적:관찰분석복강인류액감측대일차성인류대경환시간적영향。방법:2013년9월-2014년5월수치치입일차성인류대환자60례,작위연구대상,안조수자수궤표방법분위대조조화관찰조,각30례。관찰조안조3 d 1차적빈솔경환인류대,대조조안조1 d 1차적빈솔경환인류대,대비복강인류액감측결과。결과:량조환자치관후1 d、3 d,인류대접두위치、대내위치인류액적세균배양결과대비,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:복강인류환자사용일차성인류대가안조3 d 1차적빈솔경환,불회조성세균감염문제,차가감경호리공작량,종합효과학절。
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of abdominal drainage fluid monitoring on the replacement time of disposable drainage bag.Methods:60 patients with placing disposable drainage bag were selected from September 2013 to May 2014.They were as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The observation group were replaced the drainage bag according to 3 days one time frequency.The control group were replaced the drainage bag according to 1 day one time frequency.The abdominal drainage fluid monitoring results were compared.Results:After placing tube for 1 day and 3 days in the two groups,the bacterial culture results of drainage liquid between drainage bag joint position and bag location had no difference,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The patients with peritoneal drainage can replaced the disposable drainage bag according to 3 days one time frequency.It not causes bacterial infection,and can reduce the nursing workload.The comprehensive effect is exact.
